Buyer onboarding

Your first ten minutes inside the Vault.

The Productivity OS is designed to turn tools into repeatable systems. The fastest path into product one is simple: open the Vault, capture one thing, and let the system earn its place in your day.

Setup path

Do not set up everything first.

The vault is meant to be used as needed. Start with one daily note, one project, or one goal. The structure becomes more valuable as your real work moves through it.

01

Open the vault in Obsidian

Use it standalone or drop the folder into an existing vault. Everything is standard markdown.

02

Create one daily note

Open 01.01 Daily Note.md, fill in today's date, and write down one thing on your mind.

03

Choose your first three folders

Most people start with Daily Brain, Projects, and AI Command Center. Creators often add Content Studio immediately.

04

Run the personalization prompt

Use the setup prompt to ask ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini which templates to focus on this week.

First week

A seven-day runway.

The included onboarding guide walks buyers from first capture to first weekly review without making them study the whole system.

Day 1

Capture

Start the Daily Note and add anything currently taking up mental space.

Day 2

Sort

Move loose tasks or ideas into the matching folder instead of leaving them in your inbox.

Day 3

Plan

Create one Project Brief or 90-Day Sprint so the vault has a real outcome to organize around.

Day 4

Prompt

Run one embedded AI prompt and save the useful output back into the vault.

Day 5

Connect

Add links between a daily note, a project, and a supporting resource.

Day 6

Extend

Open one folder you have not touched yet and add a template that fits your current work.

Day 7

Review

Run the Weekly Review and decide what deserves attention next week.

Setup prompt

Personalize the vault with AI.

This is the buyer-facing setup prompt included in the vault. It turns the product into a plan for the user's actual week.

I just downloaded a productivity vault for Obsidian with 13 folders covering daily notes, goals, projects, content creation, work, AI workflows, knowledge, finance, life, calendar, corporate workflows, and portfolio.

My current focus right now is: [FILL IN]
My biggest productivity pain point is: [FILL IN]
I have about [FILL IN] minutes per day for personal organization.

Recommend:
1. The 3 folders I should focus on first
2. The exact templates I should fill in this week
3. A simple daily routine I can stick to

Keep it concrete. No generic advice.
